Fans have called Tom Hiddleston clueless after he was put on the ‘Zaddy Cam’ at the People’s Choice Awards.

The actor was in attendance and was nominated for Male TV Star of the Year for his role in Loki. Unfortunately, he lost out on getting the accolade to Pedro Pascal, who won for his work in The Last of Us. However, the Hollywood actor managed to have his moment at the PCAs in a hilarious moment.

Fans laugh at Tom Hiddleston on ‘Zaddy Cam’

During the PCAs, Tom Hiddleston was spotlighted at the awards show by being shown on their ‘Zaddy Cam.’ Only, the Hollywood actor seemed quite confused by what was actually happening.

Instead, he gave the camera a big grin, and fans have taken to X (formerly Twitter) to share how funny they think it is.

Another person penned: “He went home and searched up what ‘Zaddy’ means [crying face emoji].”

A fourth explained its meaning after someone got a little confused: “Zaddy means like an older man who is styler and sexier. Like Daddy but hotter. And I’m like…. 98.5% sure he does not know that word [crying face emoji] he just nods and smiles.”

Not the only time he was highlighted at the People’s Choice Awards

As well as the ‘Zaddy Cam’ Tom Hiddleston was the butt of the joke when the PCAs host Simu Liu made a quip involving his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Tom dated the music star for three months in 2016 after meeting at that year’s Met Gala.

However, there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood as Simu’s joke got a laugh from Tom, 43.

“Finally, for the most iconic pop culture moment of the year, who could forget that one little movie about a blonde American icon that had the entire country dressing up, dancing the night away, and making huge waves at the box office,” the actor said.

People assumed, before he had a chance to get to the punchline, that he was referring to Barbie, in which he starred. However, as he continued, it became clear he was talking about Taylor, 34.

“I’m talking of course about Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie,” as the audience cheered, “Oh, I’m sorry did you think I was gonna say the other — no, no. Look, I was a Swiftie long before I was Ken. Okay? Just wanted to be super clear where my loyalties lay.

“I’m a 1989 baby, so Taylor and I, we’re bonding.”

The camera then panned to the celebrity who could be seen laughing at the quip.
