The 9-1-1 Lone Star actor is celebrating over three decades with the love of his life. He shared a sweet tribute to mark their wedding anniversary, on July 22.
In the post, Rob gushed over his “wonderfully unique” wife and wrote alongside Sheryl’s selfie: “Today marks 32 years married to this beautiful, inspiring, nurturing, strong, industrious, sexy, and wonderfully unique woman.”
He added: “I am so grateful for the day she said she’d join me on our amazing life journey together. Happy Anniversary, Baby!!”
Fans can’t get over Sheryl’s ageless beauty
Many of the TV star’s Instagram followers found the tribute very sweet but others were distracted by Sheryl’s selfie as they couldn’t get over her timeless beauty.
“Happy anniversary,” one fan wrote. “I thought this was a birthday post to a 29-year-old. What is her secret to the fountain of youth?”
“You both don’t age! You need to bottle whatever you’re all drinking,” another fan wrote. Someone else chimed in: “Not possible – she looks 32!”
A fourth fan added: “Happy anniversary! I wish you many more years of love!”
Rob Lowe and Sheryl Berkoff: Relationship
Rob and Sheryl’s love story goes back to 1983 when they first met on a blind date. However, they decided not to pursue a romantic relationship and later reconnected on the set of Bad Influence in 1989.
The couple got married in 1991 and welcomed two sons, John Lowen Lowe and Matthew Edward Lowe. John is an actor and appeared alongside his dad in 9-1-1 Lone Star, while Matthew pursued a career as a lawyer.
Speaking to Haute Living in 2014, Rob got candid about meeting Sheryl and said: “I had met my now wife, Sheryl, and was attempting my first try at monogamy — which was not really in my nature at the time — and I wasn’t able to do it. It made me examine how I was living my life. That led me to getting sober, which led me to changing my life — giving me everything I now have.”
